No tuition credit or refund will be provided for missed lessons.

​Cancellation within 24+ hour advance notice: A Make-Up Lesson Credit will be issued when a lesson is canceled with at least 24-hour advance notice.
Notice is given by rescheduling online OR calling or texting the academy

Cancellation with less than 24-hour advance notice: We understand sickness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts happen. If students are sick or unable to attend their lesson and there is less than 24-hour notice before their scheduled lesson time, please cancel online or let us know as soon as possible.
Students will receive a group makeup lesson credit.
This credit qualifies students to attend a group make-up lesson! These group make-up lessons are scheduled online and in-person throughout the year. Each student is allowed one (1) pending group make-up lesson credit at a time per membership. A group make-up lesson needs to be scheduled before another group make-up lesson credit can be issued. Group make-up lesson credit expires 30 days after being issued.
Credits and Cancellation

Make-up lesson credits can be used to schedule a makeup lesson online or in person.

Once you have a make-up lesson scheduled it cannot be rescheduled.

Students may donate their make-up lesson credit to the JAM Tuition Assistance Program.

Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will not qualify for a makeup lesson credit. Instead, students will receive a group makeup lesson (please see below).

Each student is allowed two (2) Make-up Lesson Credits at a time per membership. If you already have 2 make-up lessons, you will need to schedule one of your two makeup lessons before you cancel another lesson. A make-up lesson needs to be scheduled before a third makeup lesson credit can be issued.

Make-up credits expire 30 days after being issued.
